We do not make refunds if the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend checking out the free preview Figma before purchasing Shift UI to see how complete the product is. If you need help, please get in touch with us by email.
If it's a refund regarding a renewal, few days before the renewal day you will receive a reminder for it. If for any reason you did see it before being charged and you want to cancel your subscription, you have 14 days after the renewal day to ask for a refund.

Yes, you can create unlimited client projects as long as your license is valid. You can cancel anytime, however by canceling your subscription, you are not allowed to use Shift UI for new web design projects once the subscription period (currently one year from the date of initiation) expires.
