Licence

Below is a super simple licence agreement that easily explains what you can and cannot do with Shift UI.

You can:

  • Create a Shopify website/theme for a client (commercial use).
  • Create a Shopify theme for the Shopify Theme Store or other 3rd party marketplace.
  • Share the source file with your developer(s) if needed (Only “can view” share option allowed in Figma if not part of your organisation and/or not part of your licence's available seats. Learn more).

You cannot:

  • Share the source file with someone that is not part of your organisation.
  • Share the item link on the web or distribute (e.g.: embed iframe) with Figma public access.
  • Embed the complete Shift UI product as a Figma embed functionality in a client project in its original or modified form.
  • Use any files or assets in Shift UI to create and sell, licence or distribute new UI kits, design systems or frameworks.
  • Use any files or assets in Shift UI to create new web design projects if you don't have an active licence.
  • Resell, licence, distribute or publish online for free.

Enforcement

Shift Supply LTD reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of Shift UI outside the scope of this license, especially in the case where assets are used to create a competing product or distributed online.

By purchasing or downloading Shift UI, you agree to be financially liable for $10,000 for each offense of this license agreement. If your watermarked copy of Shift UI is shared publicly online or on a piracy forum/group, you agree to be held financially liable for each download as a separate offense.
